Martin’s background comes from working in the Education and Employability sector, Martin joined The Foundation in June 2021 with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Lincolnshire and its local need.

Director of Operations
Alex joined the Foundation in 2022 with over 20 years in developing new business and enabling strategic alliances across multiple sectors. Alex oversees the operations of the Foundation including the quality and development of our programmes.
